Dimitris Gkioulos Having gained a great experience at the Hospitality sector and having worked in distinguished Hotels and Restaurants - a creative but really tentative field - Dimitris Gkioulos decides to find an alternative way out of this tension without rejecting his hitherto professional career. It all started by curiosity! He attends his first Yoga class in the city of Thessaloniki and gets really amazed by the intensity level of this kind of working out. At the same time, he attends classes and seminars by well-known instructors across Greece, gaining experience and knowledge. This make him understand that Yoga is not just an exercise but through an entire philosophy, it is a way of living. His constant desire for improvement, will lead him to find a more ``comprehensive training way``. He entered and successfully completed a 200hr Training at the educational Yin Yang Yoga school of Dimitris Karagiorgos at Lagonissi, Athens. A year later he entered and successfully completed one more 200hr Teacher Training at BFS Academy Greece with Ioanna Koliakoudaki and Panos Kontogiorgos in Athens. He started working in Yoga studios and gyms in Chania, having the desire to transmit his personal experiences to other people. His personal ``motto`` is that the inner development of each and every one of us, does not only result in improving our own Selves but also the whole of our society. Besides that yoga means pleasure! Now he encourages, more and more people to join, experience and benefit from the unique path of Yoga.
Apostolos Karayovanis was born in Komotini in 1988. He graduated from the university of Ioannina in 2011 where he had studied philosophy and in 2016 he completed his post-graduate studies in the department of applied linguistics in Thessaloniki. His first attempts in yoga started in 2013 when he came to Thessaloniki and had yoga classes as a student. In 2015 he starts his first teacher training in hatha yoga (100h by GRAFTS Hellas), while he completes his aerial yoga teacher training in 2016 by the same agent. During 2016-2017 he accomplishes a 200h teacher training in hatha yoga, this time in Athens (Ghyta yoga school). Additionally to yoga, he attends two seminars that deal with pre and postnatal fitness held in Thessaloniki (Jun 2017 & Mar 2018 respectively). In October 2018 he is making his trip to India where he is studying yoga therapy (250h, Nashik India). Meanwhile he is getting his certificate on trigger points therapy by dr Katerina Moustaka and in January 2019 he completes the first level of yoga nidra teacher training (20h) by yoga alliance. Apostolos has been teaching hatha and aerial yoga from 2016 at OmsweetOm yoga studio in Thessaloniki. Furthermore, he guides women who are pregnant or have already given birth and want to continue their practice. Finally, he organises workshops that have to do with hatha yoga, yoga therapy and aerial yoga all over Greece.
