Yoga in Crete and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training of BFS Academy Greece, invites you to a flow class where the mind and body’s tensions will be released.Based on Patanjali’s eightfold path and through asana (poses) ,pranayama (breath) and Dhyana (meditation) we give ourselves the opportunity to develop our practice and to explore more deeply our inner selves.
Vinyasa Flow yoga practice starts with pawanmuktasana series, to provide suppleness in body joints, leading to Surya Namaskar, Sun salutations, and to more advanced poses.
Unleashing body tension, consciousness and practice of breathing (pranayama) comes to bring an internal cleansing into the body and help us move on to a meditative state.
Practice ends with Nidra Yoga where the mind relaxes and destabilizes psychosomatic tension.
Practice is addressed to all level trainees.
