Hatha Yoga practice includes a range of corporal positions (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama) and meditation, the combination of which brings forth modulation, balance and health both corporal and mental.
Exercises take place in mild intensity, they start slowly but gradually intensify depending on the awareness of one’s self-control. Through Ηatha yoga positions (asanas) we attempt to improve our body position and to align our vertebral column, because this is the base which protects and also balances nervous system and this is the secret of our body’s health, besides building our foundations is the most important thing when working out.

Finally, the target of this practice is, in this moment, to gift our bodies both a greater well-being lifestyle and a wealth array of natural flow in our movements.
