Upside Down: A Story of Aparigraha
Aparigraha: To work without greed, possessiveness and not to adhere to individuals and situations.
In this practice I discover the world of inverse positions and demystify it.
In keeping with my sincere acceptance of my physical limits.
Through variations of simpler inverted positions (plow pose, supporte3d shoulderstand, downward facing dog) approach more complex, such as tripod headstand pose and forearm balance. A specially designed series of poses allows me to overcome my fears, trust myself and work collaboratively – as part of the lesson also takes place in partner. Well-being, empowerment, feeling of balance and stimulating the respiratory system are just some of the benefits I get by leaving .
